All of our beef is sourced from the McCafferty Ranch in Belt, MT. It is 100% grass-fed (finished on sprouts), certified Black Angus, and is dry-aged for 14 days before it is ready for purchase.
All of our pork comes from Faltree Farms in Loma, MT. The pork is Berkshire, a heritage-breed, and is pasture-raised, in addition to being fed organically.
All of our lamb comes from the Montana Sheep Company in Fort Shaw, MT. This Targhee Lamb, is sustainably-raised, grass-finished, and antibiotic-free, in addition to being sourced locally!
