We love Great Falls, and the Central Montana community. And we feel like the retail availability of locally-raised beef and pork has been lacking, especially for an area with so many farmers and ranchers. So, our mission is simple: we want to provide high-quality, locally-sourced meat in a place that offers the custom service, and wide-selection of a retail butcher shop. The promotion of these ranchers, as well as the health and economic benefits of eating local, can provide a thriving system for our community.

In addition to Central Avenue Meats, a growing number of local restaurants are joining in support of local agriculture, and have partnered with us to carry and serve McCafferty Ranch Beef, and Faltree Farms Pork. By intentionally supporting these restaurants, you are sending a clear message of support to our producers, as well supporting our local chefs and restaurant industry professionals.
