Originally from Geraldine, Drew began his butchering career in Denver at Whole Foods, before completing Fleisher's Butcher Apprenticeship Program in Brooklyn, NY. After moving back to Colorado Springs, where he and Louanne were married, Drew worked as a butcher at the Cowboy Star Steakhouse, as well as working in different meat-cutting roles at Ranch Foods Direct. In 2017, Drew and Louanne moved back to Great Falls, and in 2018, Drew worked for Vaughn Meats before its eventual closure. Every step in this blessed journey through the various parts of the meat industry has been in preparation for Central Avenue Meats, and both Drew and Louanne (and their son, Danny, and daughter, Maggie) are excited to have the opportunity to serve the Great Falls community - "God has been very good to us, and we want to share those blessings with you!"
